He has experience in different industries including Industrial Food, Oil and Gas, Automotive, and Aviation Support. He is an experienced pipe welder and can weld MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. His expertise spans different welding procedures in multiple industries, and he is experienced in solving a multitude of complex welding issues in addition to skillfully handling a variety of projects. Outside of welding, Brian loves to spend time with his wife and two girls. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything related to the outdoors.

Jennifer Richardson has 15 years of experience handling complex business structures that span across finance, employee development, and management. She has expertise in project management encompassing large scale risk assessments. Through this, she has worked with internal and external clients to develop solutions to mitigate risks and streamline efficiencies. Jennifer has a high attention to detail with the ability to handle complex workloads, prioritize projects, and stay up to date on the newest industry standards. When she is not managing the business, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband and two girls. She also enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and cooking what Brian hunts.
